FEATURES
At Romney Housing Authority - Valley View Apartments, we strive to make the application process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our units are income-based and require certain documents for eligibility. All applicants must be able to pass a background check and provide proof of income at the time of application. A $200 Security Deposit is also required.
To ensure a complete and efficient application process, we require applicants to provide several documents, including Birth Certificates and Social Security Cards for everyone included in the application. Additionally, applicants must provide proof of income, such as paystubs, child support, WV Works, or other forms of income along with any DHHR Letters showing received benefits. Proof of pregnancy is also required if currently pregnant.
If you prefer to complete your application in person, our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
