Welcome to the Romney Public Housing Authority (RPHA) Valley View Apartments, established in May of 1980. Our mission is to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities to the Romney community while maintaining and improving our residents' living conditions. As an organization, we are dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency, ensuring equal opportunity, and fostering a suitable living environment in line with the guidelines set by the state of West Virginia and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
