I lived in Valley View Apartments 10 years ago and I’m back again. I have really enjoyed renting from you and have had a great experience in your property. Please know, that your maintenance men are so
polite, friendly, and helpful and they are always a pleasure to have around. They keep our grass and landscaping always looking nice. Any maintenance issues have always been taken care of quickly and
efficiently. It is a nice neighborhood with lots of kids and pet friendly. The leasing clerk Barb is the BEST. She is always professional, friendly and always willing to help others.

I have lived down here a long time and have seen lots of good changes. We now have a wonderful
community room for the tenants to rent for events also for activities the managers do for the tenants.
Flooring being updated and so much nicer. Plus both Matt and Barb are great to go to when there’s an
issue. Maintenance is also always on top of their game.

My thoughts on valley View apartments are that in the 4 years I have been associated with this place I
have met some wonderful people, not only in some of the other tenants but especially in the office and maintenance crew. These guys rock when it comes to making you feel that you belong to not only a community but family and kid friendly environment! The improvements that have been made in the
